《Hot》是加拿大女歌手Avril Lavigne（艾薇兒·拉維尼）第三張專(zhuān)輯《The Best Damn Thing》的第三支單曲。
艾薇兒表示《Hot》這首歌是一首快節(jié)奏的情歌，歌里書(shū)寫(xiě)了女孩對(duì)“令她心猿意馬”的男生的感覺(jué)。主歌部分是敘述了她想和男孩一起完成的事情，副歌則描述了她對(duì)男孩的感覺(jué)。在副歌部分，艾薇兒把戀愛(ài)中的女人細(xì)微的心理感受淋漓盡致地表現(xiàn)了出來(lái)。
